Our customer GB Foods (private equity, HQ in Barcelona), is in FMCG with brands like Grand Italia. They were searching, in a very tight Dutch labor market, for a Benelux business partner from Finance who could also assist in the monthly closing of the books. Ideally around 30 years of age, and analytically strong. We facilitated the recruiter by filtering dozens of candidates who would not have made it past the first round, based on their CV. We found the missing link in a corporate bank environment. Via the Online Scan the candidate showed talents that had not yet been detected. He didn’t fit into the bank but having it on his CV had a negative impact on the recruiters.
