Julie is a Brit, brought up in France, currently living in the Netherlands who has lived and worked also in Germany, Austria, Spain, Cameroon, Uganda and Senegal. Bi-lingual French English, fluent in Dutch and German, she also speaks Spanish and thrives on connection and communication with her and our clients around the world.
She carries a BA in Business and languages, a Coaching accreditation and NLP practitioner degree and has worked in development, in sales, as management consultant before combining her studies, work expertise and cultural awareness in being of service to others.

Elise Gerritsen studied econometrics in Amsterdam. She grew via a variety of challenging managerial roles, most recently as Managing Director of a logistic company. With her passion and expertise in the behavior and development potential of professionals (behavior, blockades, passion, personal leadership and context), she takes the lead in the “human” factor of our assessments.

Stefan van Kessel
Stefan van Kessel studied Business Economics in Groningen. He started as management trainee at Mars (chocolate, petfood and more), and worked in finance jobs, including CFO roles, in the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary. Subsequently he worked as CFO for private equity owned companies and later as interim professional on improvement project with finance teams and company management teams. His drive is to enable change and improvements for companies by working wit the finance teams.
