Subject-specific brain power is only half the picture. Many companies over the world already use tests on the other half: the human side. We are talking here about behavior, intuition, motivators, passion and / or holdbacks. Different tests measure with different nuances, some go deeper, others stay more at the surface.

Our preference goes to using the Organic Score Card or Profile Dynamics, in combination with the individual Development Assessment. There are many other tests available.
